1. All package purchases are final and non-refundable. Once a package is purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for other services. We recommend discussing your treatment options with our staff before committing to a package to ensure it best fits your needs.

2. No-Show Policy

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, a $50 no-show fee will be charged. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule to avoid this fee.

3. Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive late, your appointment time may be reduced to avoid disrupting other clients' schedules. If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the no-show fee may apply. We encourage clients to arrive on time to enjoy the full benefit of their scheduled service.
